Description:
North-East India or Tibet, 12th cent.H. 20,9 cm
Standing in samapada on a lotus base placed on a stepped throne, his four arms radiating around his body, his principle hands showing varadamudra and a vase, both secondary ones club and chakra, wearing dhoti, upavita, garland draped around his shoulders, bejewelled, his face displaying a serene expression with almond-shaped eyes below arched eyebrows, his blue coloured hairdo secured with a tiara decorated with a pair of pattras and a halo behind, the reverse of the base with short dedicatory inscription.
