Oil on canvas, at the lower right corner inscribed with initials P.P. 1910, the work depicting an Asian vessel and a turquoise glazed porcelain figurine as well as old European style books. The painting style suggest the work being made by a Western artist as genuine oil painters were not common in China at the beginning of the 20th ct.
