A finely illuminated Ottoman Qur’an, 18th/19th ct. Illuminated frontispiece, illuminated end page. Gold and polychrome gouaches. Arabic script, 15 lines of naskh calligraphy to the page in black and red, verses seperated by gold roundels. Some decorations to the rim of the pages. Original gilt stamped leather binding.
