Description:
China, Ming dynasty, 17th c.H. 66,7 cm
Heavy, beige-brown stoneware. Egg-shaped on a flat base, with a wide opening and a short neck. In sketchy drawing painted in iron brown with leaves, wavy lines and stylized depictions of swan geese. At the shoulder, a two-line poem, four advertising slogans for the drink and kiln support marks.
