Ink and colors on silk, mounted as a hand scroll, framed behind glass. In a landscape with rocks and trees in a blue-green style, groups of soldiers and the imperial entourage with standards are depicted. Towards the end of the scroll a group of three persons can be seen: Jiang Ziya with a long white beard sits on a rock by the river and is fishing accompanied by a boy servant. They are look at a young man who stands opposite and announces King Wen's visit. Signature at the end of the painting: "Painted on Mid-Autumn Day in the Gengxu Year at the Yangzhou Government Office, Zhengming". A collector's seal "Men Si Shi shi" at the beginning and end of the painting.
