Tibet, 18th c.77 × 57 cm
Fine depiction of the Bodhisattva of Mercy with eleven heads and 1000 arms, surrounded by the 21 Taras. Above him ne n Buddhas, two Bodhisattvas and four smaller depicted Gelug masters, all with gold-coloured skin. The horizontal cloud bands are filled with Tibetan inscriptions in gold. Brocade mounting.
