Description:

Tibet, 15th c.
H. 14,3 cm
Seated in lalitasana on a lotus base with his right foot supported by a conch placed on a vase, his right hand lowered holding the lemon fruit while the left is placed on his left knee supporting the mongoose spitting jewels, wearing dhoti, scarf floating around his shoulders, encircling both arms and their finials curling up, bejewelled, his face displaying a severe expression with protruding eyes below raised eyebrows, elongated earlobes with disc-shaped ornaments, his blue coloured hairdo combed in a chignon issuing a pair of long tresses falling down the shoulders and secured with a five-leaf tiara, resealed.
