Ushnishavijaya is usually depicted with three faces and eight arms. She holds a small image of Buddha Vairocana or Amitabha in her upper right hand. The lower right is in Varada - Mudra. In the middle left she holds an arrow and in the middle right a bow. In the lower right she holds an Amrita - Kalasha. The two hands at heart level hold a double dorje (vajra) and a rope. The assigned deity is then Amoghasiddhi. Base filled with consecration, sealed.
