Slit tapestry (kesi), colored silk, painted with ink and pigments. The panel shows the immortal Dongfang Shuo carrying a peach branch on his shoulder, accompanied by his boy servant in a rugged mountain landscape. Another companion is following him and carrying a curious little cart with a basket holding a longevity mushroom.
From an old private collection in Berlin, collected since the 1960s - Traces of age and use, little faded, minor rest.
