The domed-shaped section of the bell cast with a band of vajra emblems along its border, swaying tassels around its shoulder below the top with mantras, surmounted by the handle showing a face and topped with eight curved prongs around a central rod and the scepter with a central bulbous-shaped knob flanked to each side by a band of petals issuing eight curved prongs around a central rod.
