Intensive red silk satin embroidered with colored silk and gold threads. Lining: light green silk satin. In this pair of chair strips, the seat is adorned with an oval medallion with a pair of opposing bats. The parts covering the back are decoration in front with a large round medallion with dragons flanking a Shou sign, and the other side with two smaller dragons confronting a ruyi. The part hanging from the seat in front shows waves, rocks and clouds with peaches and bats.
