China, signed Zigang, Qing dynasty6,1 x 4,2 x 0,8 cm
Pale celadon-colored jade with cloudy white inclusions. Carved in shallow relief on one side two scholars in a landscape conversing under a pine tree, on the other side a poem in cursive script followed by the signature "Zigang". The upper register with dragons flanking the aperture. Weight 55 gr.
