Archaistic bronze censer of compressed globular form with three low feet, the everted rim cast with a pair of loop handles. The base bears a Xuande six-character mark within a rectangle. The bronze has a rich brown gold shimmering patina. Weight: 740 gr.
Eggert Collection Berlin, acquired between the 1960s and 2003 in the Berlin and West German art trade, this censer was by tradition bought in Hongkong in the 1970s
