Listed in the design inventory before 1766: Nay: theatre figure Scaramuza, theatre figure Doctor Poloward, theatre figure Capitaine Rodomond, theatre figure Pantaleon, theatre figure Arlequin. The Veilsdorf figures of the Italian Comedy were created after engravings by Joh. Balthasar Probst (after drawings by Joh. Jacob Schübler), which were published in Augsburg in 1729. Other manufactories also worked according to these models. The series was produced in smaller sizes by Neu's students from 1768 onwards. Sattler, 1993, nos. 11-18, Kramer, E.
